Notes:

Pre-Entry Race Number Collection:
1^st Sep 23 at 14:00 to 17:00 Race Venue and on Race Day from 04:00 until 30 Minutes before the race starts

Entries will be available at Run-Away Sports in Lynwood and and Tshwane Running Shop in Sinoville
Cut-off time 2 hours
Medical support and Tog bag facilities will be available.
Club Gazebos are allowed on the race day.

Route Information:

1. Marshals and Traffic Officials must be obeyed at all times. Failure to comply with their instructions may lead to immediate disqualification.
2. No seconding is allowed during the race.
3. No ipods or listening devices are allowed in the race.
4. No Blade, Bicycle or mechanically operated device will be allowed in the race.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. There will be a refreshment point at 3km intervals along the route.

General Information:

Race Rules And Information:
1. The entrants will participate under the rules of ASA and AGN and it is the entrant responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules.
2. Licensed athletes must wear their ASA 2023 license numbers on the front and back of their vests when participating in the 10km. Unlicensed athletes in the 10km must purchase a temporary licence and wear it on the back of the vest.
3. Race tags numbers must be worn on the front. The race tag must not cover the logo on the ASA licence number.
4. Athletes competing for age category prizes must display the official numerical tags on the front and back of their vest.
5. Minimum ages for participants in the 10km race is 14 years.
6. Category winners must provide proof of age to qualify for prizes.
7. Entry Fees Will Not Be Refunded, Cancelled Or Exchanged On Account Of The Weather Or Any Unforeseen circumstances Beyond The Control Of The Event Organisers.
