Entries Accepted At The Venue: Pretoria Military Sportsground, Thaba Tshwane (Voortrekkerhoogte) 3rd, 4th & 5th May 2023 from 14h00 to 17h00 6th May 2023 from 04h00 until 20 minutes before starting time of respective races
Temporary License: All unlicensed athletes of the 25km (R64) and 10km (R53) race must purchase a temporary license number which must be worn on the back.
Medals: 25km & 10km Gold: All category winners Silver: First 100 Bronze: All finishers & 5km
Cut-off Time's: 25km: 4 Hours 10km: 2.5 Hours 5km Fun Run: 1.5 Hours
Minimum Age: 25km: 19 Yrs 10km: 14 Yrs 5km Fun Run : All Ages
Prize Giving Times: 25km: 09:00 10km: 08:00
Rules: 1. All entrants participate at their own risk and their entry indemnifies the organisers (PMMC) and the sponsors (Konica Minolta South Africa) of any liabilities or claims. 2. All entrants must wear valid 2023 license numbers on the back and front (as per the new ASA rules); and race number on the front of the vest. 3. The race will take place under the rules of ASA and AGN. Race referees’ decisions are final. 4. It is the responsibility of each athlete to ensure that he or she is medically fit and healthy to participate in any of the races. 5. All categories may only compete in the age category as entered. The age category must be displayed on the running vest. Walkers should display “W” on the vest and are not allowed to run. 6. The race committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry. 7. No PMMC members will be allowed to participate. 8. Tog bag facilities are available and are used at own risk. 9. Fast Food and refreshments will be on sale. 10. Sufficient parking available. 11. Entry fees will not be refunded, cancelled or exchanged on account of the weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the event organisers.
