    Start at Tellebridge Road and finish at Sterkspruit Plaza

    Late Entries:
    Will pay additional amount compared to the normal entry.
    Wll be taken on the race day from 04:00 – 05:30 at Sterkspruit Plaza.

    Cut-Off Time:
    For the main race (21.1km) is 2 hours 30 minutes

    Prize Giving 
    Starts at 10:45

    1. Entry-Fee Is Non-Refundable And No Substitutions Are Allowed.
    2. Children from the age of 12 and under will be participating for free.
    3. Entry forms will be available at Sterkspruit Plaza.
    4. First aid will be available at the start and the finish points 6. 
    5. Refreshments shall be available for sale at the Start / Finish points 

    Route Information:

    1. Athletes must stay on the right hand side of the road at all times, unless instructed differently by the marshals or Traffic Officers.
    2. No seconding from cyclists or private vehicles will be allowed on the route. Personnel seconding will only be permitted within 1m on either side of the refreshment station.
    3. No earphone (WA Rule 144.2b), Animals (ASA Rule 21.4.1) or Racers (ASA Rule 21.4.3) allowed on all distances. 
    4. No mechanically operated devices, blades or cyclists allowed for safety reasons. 
    5. Refreshment stations shall be provided at every 3km intervals or more frequently if possible 
    6. Distance markers will be placed for every kilometre for 21.1km & 10km 5

    General Information:
    Rules:
    1. Athletes must stay on the right hand side of the road at all times, unless instructed differently by the marshals or Traffic Officers.
    2. Athletes must participate in their correct club colours and display the ASA 2024 license numbers on the FRONT and BACK on the vest. All other numbers must display 2024 BA temporary numbers on front vest. NO advertising allowed.
    3. No seconding from cyclists or private vehicles will be allowed on the route. Personnel seconding will only be permitted within 1m on either side of the refreshment station.
    4. All foreign athletes must comply with WA rule 142 and 4.2. Foreign athletes must be able to produce a letter from their respective Federation permitting them to participate in this race.
    5. No earphone (WA Rule 144.2b), Animals (ASA Rule 21.4.1) or Racers (ASA Rule 21.4.3) allowed on all distances.
    6. The Race is held under the rules of ASA and WA. All competitors must comply with the rules, regulations and instructions given by officials, marshals and traffic officials. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification. The Race referees’ decision is final. The race organisers reserve the right to accept/ reject any entry received.
    7. Age category Tags (e.g from 40, 50, 60 & 70) must be worn on the front and back by athletes competing for the age category prizes.
    8. Age category winners must produce acceptable proof of age. Minimum age for 21km is 16 years on race day.
    9. The race takes place under the rules of the WA, ASA and BA..
    10. All Road races and fun runs are held under the rules of the A.S.A and BA. Athletes Indemnify the national, provincial and regional bodies, sponsors and organizers and the owners of the venue of the race against any risk or all actions of whatsoever nature, whatever the same may arise out of their participation in the race.
    11. All athletes participate at their own risk. Athletes acknowledge by entering the event that they are medically fit to participate.
    12. All athletes must supply the name and contact number of their next of kin on both the race number and the entry form.
    13. No mechanically operated devices, blades or cyclists allowed for safety reasons.
    14. No Refunds Will Be Entertained Whatsoever.
    15. Any prize not redeemed for any reason within two weeks of notification will be forfeited.
    16. Any objection must be lodged in writing with official announcement by the referees’ decision accompanied by R500.00 which will be forfeited if the appeal is not upheld.
    17. The race organisers retains the right to refuse and eject any persons under the influence of alcohol or any offensive misconduct.

    I agree not to hold the organisers, the owner of the premises or any persons assisting in the organisation or holding of the race liable for any loss, injury or illness, which I may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of participating in the race, or for any damages to my property or loss of my property which I may suffer directly as a result of participating in the race.
